So Day Two was much easier. I barely craved carbs which is a huge bonus. The eating was easier and the shake made me feel energized all day. Usually around 2:00 I am dying for a nap but not today!! Yay maybe this does work.
Now I know you are all wondering about the video I referenced yesterday….The Dirty 30…..it rocked!!! It was weight based and all exercises I loved so the 30 minutes flew by. Obviously this is just reinforcing the fact that I love weight training and hate cardio and I hope at the end of this 21 days that changes.
Today is Day Three and I can’t believe it. I actually thought this was going to be much harder to get into and commit to, but so far so good.
Who’s in with me to start again April 1st???
